I am The Middle Manager Coach.

I don’t think being a manager should be shit and so I work with middle managers, who work in the most pressured and conflicted layer in any business, to embrace their roles with energy and enjoyment, and connect with their confidence and capabilities, to ensure that they thrive and don’t get caught in the crap trap.

I'm an experienced, authentic, energetic, professional coach, leader, trainer, and entrepreneur, with experience in leading, coaching, and training senior individuals and operational teams to deliver success across multiple functions and major brands.

Passionate about people, personal development, and wellbeing with my coaching and training business GRIP focused on supporting, and elevating, the Middle Manager.
