5 WAYS TO WELLBEING - CONNECT Today is all about building and strengthening relationships with people around us. We feel happier and more secure when we spend meaningful time with people, giving us a better sense of purpose. Here’s some ideas to build connection: ·       Instead of sending email, talk to them. ·       Check in on a relative or a friend. ·       Speak to someone new, maybe the person on the till.  Each person you meet is a doorway into another world. ·       Ask someone how their weekend was and really listen to them ·       Arrange a catchup with friends ·       Join a club with people who have similar interests ·       Maybe there is one relationship you want to be stronger.. how can you work on that?
