This client had got leads coming in from here and there but they weren’t ideal leads that would easily convert into clients. Your words create your reality Become aware of the words that you say But also listen closely at what words others say as well When on a sales call and you use words like I believe I think This could This might Using those words/phrases leave doubt It’s showing you doubt yourself Which the prospect/client will pick up on and not give them the confidence in you/the company Start using words/phrases like I know This will This is going to It comes off more confident and intentional Which translates a lot better energetically to you clients and makes them feel comfortable/confident that you know what you’re talking about Words are powerful use them to your advantage
