You need to find the best business strategy tools for your remote team. What are your options?
These tools are great BUT they’re not so useful If I’ve been dropped into leading and managing a remote team in some undefined market, with resources and assets unknown. Here’s what I would do instead. I would strip everything back to the basics and trust my people. 1. Diagnose the key problems faced by the business (both internally and externally with max team involvement) 2. Make sure we aligned around a set of problems that we agreed had to be tackled 3. I’d facilitate discussions as to the variety of ways we can overcome these problems 4. Design a coordinated range of projects we agreed could overcome the obstacles identified 5. Ensure everyone was clear about their accountabilities and agree how to track progress going forward

Gavin Halliday, Former CEO, Avios Group Ltd
“This book is a treasure trove of strategies and tactics for transforming the way you approach and think about your business. It explains how so many companies get trapped in habitual, competitive "me too" mindset, which ultimately leads to tighter margins, frustration and burn out. The solutions are mapped out in a framework that enables us to create strategies that make the competition irrelevant, balance our leadership biases and helps to change company culture by harnessing the often untapped creativity of our people.”
Mike Hill, Co-Founder, One Planet Pizza
“When I explained to Phil the dilemma I had with my small business he refused to see a traditional bricks and mortar commodity being squeezed from every angle by much bigger, well-resourced enterprises. Over a few months he explained how the application of just two of the strategies from his Transformation Blueprint would not only drag my business out from the threat of closure, but give it an exciting, new growth trajectory. Eight months later, after implementing his advice, our business is valued at 10X what it was, and we're on track for even bigger things going forward.”
