The board of Qantas cannot understand why they are now considered a third rate carrier. When you travel 850klm to your destination travelling at 890k/h and it takes 2 1/2 hours to get there???? You are dictated what they will offer you in relation to food or snacks. It’s vegetarian or nothing. You can get beer , wine , & soft drink but no tea or coffee. I remember why I choose international brands instead of Qantas or Jetjoke.

Where & how do these airlines get their inspiration from? How do they come up with these industry changing ideas? Complex, right - but the inspiration is simple! It's the humble sandwich! Airline products are like sandwiches!!!! You start with the basic - BREAD then keep adding the LAYERS on ;-) (This is where my sarcastic streak comes in) It's all about the mixing, matching & tasting! Here's the recipe; 2 slices of your favorite bread (such as whole grain, white, or sourdough) 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter 2 tablespoons of your favorite fruit jam or jelly (strawberry, raspberry, or apricot work well) 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, for added sweetness) A handful of fresh berries or sliced bananas (optional, for extra flavor and texture) A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional, for a hint of warmth or richness) and Voila you have the #qatarairways Qsuite! oops.... sorry - you need to slice the sandwich into 4 as well! Remember the 4 seat concept! For the Middle East, maybe the inspiration is not actually jam & peanut butter sandwiches! It's from Shawarma ;-) And for economy, the sandwich concept works just as well! Remember the saying "Sandwich them all in together" ;-) Enjoy your sunday lunch .....
