The January 18, 2024 USPTO trademark fee will increase (moderately) the cost of most federal trademark applications by $100. If the filing is an ITU (intent to use), then $150. If you need to draft a custom identification of goods because your product or service is unique, that privilege will double in costs from $100 to $200. To stem some of the frivolous filings that claim every product or service within an International Class, there will be a rolling surcharge for exceeding 1,000 characters in the identification. Renewals at year 5 post-registration will typically cost $150 more and 10-year renewals $125 more. Letter of Protests (an option to preemptively notify USPTO of an unexamined pending mark that should not register) go up to $150 from $50. Good news: a headline flashed ‘AIPAC has pulled funding for Republicans who didn’t vote for the emergency aid package to Israel’ but I didn’t see the article. Good, America will be free. American politicians who put America and Americans first today, who to return to America’s constitutional law embody the spirit of the brave patriots who fought for America’s founding independence. I hope all those supporting the students, faculty, protesters who are fighting for America’s freedom and democracy will support all politicians who have stood up and will stand up against Zionism, other illegal wars and CIA-MI6 covert operations overthrowing governments, happily killing millions of people as cannon fodder as greater and greater profits dance in their blood-crazed minds & mad-lit eyes. I have only one thing to say about this region in which I intentionally am quiet. The USG-KSAG strategic agreement wherein the USGangsters have promised many things including making the KSA the cutting edge power dominating the greater region & in Africa with or without normalization with Israel. Yes, KSA wants to be the business, financial, commercial, technological, medical, communications, etc, advanced, powerful & wealthy Gateway to the Middle East through normal competition. The USGangsters can promise this & more, especially if it agrees to tactical nuclear weapons development & more advanced weaponry currently denied the KSAG, in return for a strategic security agreement in which KSAG subordinates itself to the USGangsters & CIA-MI6 control. But the KSAG isn’t blind, deaf & brainless. Plus like Russia and China, KSA has a long history, full, accurate, factual knowledge of which is retained, admired and taught. While KSAG wants to be, rightfully in my opinion because I believe in an egalitarian multipolar world offered by Russia, China & BRICS, an equal among equals with a voice, bodily appearance & respect, it can see & retain contemporary events, current history and recall the USGangsters’ mercurial frenemy, love-hate relationship towards it plus the religiosity ruling the legislative (Congress) and executive (White House & federal departments). KSAG I’m sure is aware that this religiosity is inextricably one with Zionism, will go down with the ship of state, & knows well also how it is simply a pawn being wooed with false serenades, sweet poison pills looking like the finest artistic chocolates. The issue is outsmarting the other and that includes looking at vulnerabilities and strengths. I believe & agree with, being an American, that no one wants to see America destroyed but these the powers that be must go as they will destroy America far greater for much longer than a stumble, quick fall, radical across the board cleanup in that fall, stand up & re-righting itself. If Russia changes to offensive ops from strategic defense, more follows.

The book reads like an action novel with first-personal challenges facing our leaders resulting in a strain on the continuity of government. The book contains maps, photos and history lessons to give context to the rapid decision-making. The book also lifts the veil on highly classified war games that our leaders have known for more than 50 years. Ultimately, the book reinforces that there are no winners in a nuclear war, because it always leads to an extinction level event for the entire Earth. Mutually assured destruction has been a deterrence to nuclear war for more than 80 years, but will it continue to be? You will enjoy this book if you like the interplay of military technology and political decision making. Good morning from sunny, bright, can you believe 2 degrees cooler than the average daily high?, still season transitioning Autumn Bahrain. Today is Tuesday 29 October 2024. We Americans have no diplomats or statesmen, professional military rarely make good diplomats or statesmen especially those promoted to general or near general class because of their salesmanship and loyal obedience to and enforcing the cause no matter how illegal. As Garland Nixon put it, “‘if you leave me I’ll kill you and commit suicide’ so the only choice is this: if I stay with you I die, that’s the very reason I must leave you, so now the situation is to choose between one of us lives or both of us die, as I’m the victim or target here and you set up this choice as perpetrator, you die, I live.” From my perspective Iran must attack Israel - not to do massive damage but yes, in part to bring justice to those who died in the Israeli attack as their families and society would want, but more importantly to reset deterrence to both the USG, IG & Collective Western Gangstas in Israel. They need to experience first hand that Iran “can touch” Israel because we know these government powers believe their lies and fantasies are real. The Collective West must be put in its place in the language it understands that it has been put in its place and recognize where its place is. Unfortunately that means physical violence because America doesn’t understand anything else. It is a land of physical violence, look at the crime rate & the trend of that rate, the types of crimes and the starting age for criminals. NATO & the EU plus most member state governments including the UK, Canada & Australia are the same: physical violence or the threat of it is the only language of diplomacy they speak. I have no faith in peace negations between Russia and the U.S. It’s all a con by con artists on the U.S. side until we clean our filthy, rotten, corrupt and imploding political system that has spread into the media, educational and even legal infrastructures domestically and the UN conglomerate internationally. As for Trump, diplomacy isn’t a real estate business transaction (from my perspective): if you give me the West Bank that includes East Jerusalem, Gaza and southern Lebanon up to the Litani River for Israel by annexation I’ll give you Ukraine, including Odessa, maybe Lviv, and make BlackRock accept their loss (until we can renegotiate via war). Later we can discuss the business of Iran, China and North Korea for the Balkans, Georgia, Maldova and Kaliningrad once we see how this transaction works. What say you? And the ordinary people who are citizens who’ve lived in their country for centuries upon centuries? Well, they’re nothing but tenants who can leave upon notice peacefully one evicted forcefully, up to them, it’s their choice. Seemingly simple errors can have devastating effects in a bid protest, and careful review of all submissions is essential. In GAO’s recent denial of Tunica-Biloxi Services’ (TBS) protest, TBS had participated in an invitation for bids process. Through multiple communications, TBS had been communicating with the agency from a “.org” email address, and listed this address as its official contact information in bid documents and in SAM.gov, but the signature block in the email transmittals from TBS’ president listed a “.com” email address. For reasons not apparent in the record, the agency ultimately determined that TBS was not responsible. As TBS is a small business, the agency requested a Certificate of Competency (COC) from the Small Business Administration (SBA) as required by FAR subpart 19.6. The agency’s request to SBA listed TBS’ contact information as being the “.com” email address. When the SBA subsequently could not contact TBS, the SBA informed the agency that TBS declined to apply for a COC, and the agency made award to the next lowest bidder. TBS protested that it should not have been penalized for the agency’s error in sending SBA the wrong email address to contact TBS. TBS pointed out that the email address the agency used to communicate with TBS was the “.org” address, and that its official responses listed the “.org” address. There was also some debate about whether the SBA had actually attempted to contact TBS. Ultimately, GAO found these arguments unpersuasive because TBS could not deny that the signature block of its president listed a “.com” email address, and it was thus TBS’ mistake that introduced ambiguity into the process. It may be surprising that such a seemingly trivial mistake could doom a bid and a subsequent protest, but GAO will deny protests where the protester’s own actions introduce the fatal ambiguity into the process. Offerors often focus heavily on the accuracy of their bid or proposal documents, but offerors must be mindful that all sources of information that the agency will consider must be carefully reviewed. This includes information in official government repositories like SAM.gov (particularly official entity information and representations and certifications) and SPRS, but it can also include minor details in email communications. An agency has extremely broad discretion to make responsibility determinations, and minor errors may cause an agency to conclude that the offeror is not responsible enough to perform the agency’s mission. GAO will not lightly second guess such judgments. #governmentcontracting #govcon #bidprotests #smallbusiness #NVTC

I have 42,613 votes the second highest total in the race.
