This Earth Day, Cathay Dining in collaboration with HK Express, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited and the street café took a stand against disposables and championed a greener lifestyle. As part of our Earth Day initiative, we launched the "Bring Your Own Cup" campaign at the street café, encouraging colleagues to actively reduce single-use waste. This initiative not only fostered a sense of environmental responsibility but also aligned with this year's Earth Day theme, "Planet vs. Plastics" which advocates for a significant reduction in global plastic production.   At Cathay Dining, we are committed to sustainability and environmental protection, actively participating in various initiatives to further minimize waste generation.
