One of my favourite parts of my job at Simple Flying is when I get to go out on location for a story. Last week took me just down the S-Bahn to GIC International Catering where Göksel Yildirim and Bongi Tshazi took the time to show me around their facilities! The reason for the visit was to see how Air Astana’s ex-FRA meals are made. It was fascinating to see how 18,000 meals are made each day, and to taste them too! 😋 Special thanks also to Ralph Steffen at Claasen Communication for the invite.
