In our latest #Take5 Series, we’re excited to feature Jordan Pearce in conversation! As the Deputy Manager at Gloucester Food Warehouse, Jordan shares his remarkable journey with Iceland Foods, starting at just 18.    After six months, he seized the opportunity for progression as a Team Leader, which led him to complete his Level 3 Apprenticeship.
