Here are some steps to help you prepare for End-Point Assessment and stay balanced: 👉 Prepare Thoroughly: Familiarise yourself with the process to feel confident. Utilise our Steps to Success and support materials to prepare and be your best. 👉Communicate Openly: Have an honest conversation with your line manager about how you're feeling. Involving them in the process ensures they understand the time and effort involved, enabling them to provide the support you need. 👉Seek Adjustments: Don’t hesitate to discuss any reasonable adjustments with your provider as soon as possible. Addressing these needs early can significantly ease your worries. 🌟Take Breaks: Remember to take time for yourself. Enjoy a relaxing cup of tea or engage in activities that help you unwind.
