I have been very lucky to have had books around me all my life. My earliest memories are those of me flipping pages of a picture book. Reading is a source of joy, a magic doorway to worlds unknown and utter contentment. If I did one thing right, it is that I've passed on this love for reading to my children. It's a story I have heard so many times. All school staff are under huge pressure and the workload is getting bigger and bigger. Things need to be done to help and that is where Technology can help save time and reduce stress. Rather than spending hours doing tasks manually technology can help and do this in Minutes. I will mention #Admissions+For all school levels and #B16+ (Sixth Form Bursaries) as I have spoken to so many schools where these cause a lot of work and stress and then after seeing what we can do to help there is such a relief/ Updating MIS's which could take months done in minutes. Organising taster days in minutes being audit ready. That is the impact we can do and have done. THis it's very much why I like working in the sector I do. How to Start a Clothing Company That's Just Hit Its 15,000th Order and Sold 3 Products on the First Day! I spoke to Jemima Gray of Cotswold Fox Clothing, who shared some insights into how she started her business at 23, is doubling its revenue every year, and has just hit its 15,000th order. How did she get the idea? She started her business at university after a uni assignment required her to create a startup. How did she kick it all off? She did a lot of Googling to figure out how it all worked, then found a supplier on Alibaba. How did she get her first order? She made an Instagram account, and someone DM’d her. She got her first sale on the first day because she already had a following. What skills do you need to start this business? No prior knowledge. She was 23 with no skills, took the risk, and then learned along the way. Her advice: just go for it. How's it going? She left her job to go full-time last year. It’s going well — she’s got a team, is in a few shops, has 20 stockists, attends loads of events, and her growth is doubling every year. If you started again, what would you do differently? Nothing, because she’s learned everything by doing it this way. However, she would get an advisor early on. Can I have some free kit? You already do! Have a listen. Go buy some clothes!
