Poor candidate experience can have a detrimental effect on your business, so ensure that everyone has a positive experience at EVERY TOUCHPOINT during your hiring process! 💪🏽 The IMPACT and COST of a poor candidate experience can be anything from a candidate not buying your services (think potential future clients of yours!) to talking negatively about the interaction with your company/brand to many others or even leaving negative reviews publicly (Glassdoor anyone?). 🤯 Remember, candidate experience is the candidate’s perception of your company’s ENTIRE RECRUITING PROCESS, from the original advert/job description you posted to the initial email they received, the first person they spoke to, the interview, offer stage and onboarding.

You're struggling with employee retention. Which onboarding software can help?
Yes, onboarding software is useful for automation (the type of software you should implement will depend on how many employees you're onboarding in a year - there is no one size fits all!). What's more important, though, is having a *structured* onboarding PROCESS (rather than onboarding software per se, aka piece of tech!). You can be a company of 5, but a well-thought, measurable ONBOARDING process is necessary! (trust me on this one!) Some things to remember: Tech (automation) is super cool and, if implemented properly, saves you lots of time, but it’s not the whole story! Nothing beats real human connections though!!!. 🤝 Think about WHAT PROBLEMS you want to SOLVE through the onboarding process and MEASURE the results! 🫱🏽🫲🏾

You need to be consistent (put a date in a diary & try to update your info weekly for a monthly report!). With the right strategies in place, you'll have the edge over competitors stuck with outdated information. Keep an eye on industry trends - monitor changes in the market, such as new tech or regulations, to stay informed about what's happening and how it may affect your consumers. It's also essential to engage directly with customers. Collecting feedback is one of the most reliable ways to understand the needs and preferences of your target audience. Use social media channels and free survey tools available! Analyse data regularly - feedback forms, surveys, and other data sources can provide valuable insights into consumer behaviour.
