Whenever HR calls for an initial screening, they usually just read the job description and ask if you know certain technical skills. But how can HR confirm if a candidate really knows these skills? If the candidate has lied on their resume, the interviewer will quickly realize they don't actually possess the necessary knowledge, leading to rejection. This could waste the recruitment time and resources. Can the HR team ask some basic technical questions during the initial screening to help identify better candidates, rather than just the usual questions? #Recruitment
