Am I sourcing with the right tools for the role? Is the role outside of my niche? These are all things that can impact time to source along with many other things. If you consistently watch this you can identify the roles that you are best at filling, the tools that are most effective, and where to place your time and energy for the best results for your clients, candidates and business.
