I definitely agree with urgency & impact, candidate availability and the relationship being the top 3 things that help to prioritize which openings to work on. We also prioritize how it will impact our company - will that person have some sort of influence eventually, is it a highly profitable role? Prioritization is hard, but when done right it can help me to be organized and stay on track for success.
