Dr Kiran Bedi conferred the prestigious award during the summit, held under the aegis of the Global Sustainability Alliance (GSA), a Times Group initiative. HR Team Offsite with a Purpose   As part of our Annual HR Meet, our team had the privilege of combining strategic planning for key HR themes of 2025-26 with a heartfelt initiative guided by Nalin Garg - visiting the Gunsar Lok Sangeet Sansthan, an NGO dedicated to preserving India’s vibrant folk music heritage for over 15 generations in Jaisalmer and managed by Bax Khan. This remarkable institute not only safeguards traditional arts but also empowers communities by crafting musical instruments and nurturing talent across ages. During our visit, we were deeply moved by the passion of the beneficiaries, including folk musicians, magicians, pottery artists, and more, who gave us a glimpse into their incredible artistry.   The HR team also reflected on key learnings from this experience, such as: - Skill has no age. - Passion drives purpose. - Survival instincts can lead to innovation. - The symphony of music mirrors the harmony of teamwork. - Taking pride in one’s craft is inspiring. - Teamwork thrives when we lean on each other and ask for help.   It was a humbling and fulfilling experience to interact with these talented individuals and witness the dedication behind keeping these traditions alive. To support this noble cause, a contribution was made on behalf of DLF.   A special thanks to the DLF Foundation for enabling this meaningful engagement and making this memorable journey possible. Together Let’s Nurture our Environment!   We're pleased to share updates of our recent #DLFEngage volunteering drive. Our #volunteers rolled up their sleeves to clean up the Okhla Bird Sanctuary, crafted seed balls for plantation, and enjoyed the nature walk inside the sanctuary.
