Collaborate and brainstorm – fostering collective ideation and shared vision. Reflect and recharge – taking a step back to align our efforts with our mission of empowering communities. Manifesting Dreams: Our First Offsite Training! This year, the word “Manifestation” has been trending everywhere—on social media, in conversations, and even in our hearts. It’s all about turning intentions into reality, and for us at Lending Hands Foundation, this word has taken on special meaning. For the past seven years, we’ve talked about organizing our first offsite training session. It was a dream we kept revisiting, a plan we kept shelving, but the desire never faded. Finally, this week, we made it happen! While it’s a small milestone, it’s a meaningful one for us. Our team came together in a setting beyond our usual spaces, immersing ourselves in learning, collaboration, and strategic thinking. The energy, ideas, and camaraderie were beyond what we imagined, reaffirming why we do what we do—to empower, innovate, and create meaningful change.
