1 Superior Ingredient All Successful Companies Have In Common (It's not what you think) Yeah, we've all have heard it before, the foundational ingredients of business success. These are easily the most obvious answers: They have breakthrough products They have a world-class team and network They have deep pockets They have the most brilliant CEO's Etc. These are without a doubt, priceless ingredients of success. But one reason among others why 99% of their clients like them over their competition, is they trust them. Don't start with why. Why you do it doesn't matter. Every company knows their why. Clients seldom ask about it anyway because it's already established. Not that it is not essential. However, the real separator between the amateurs and the pros absolutely boils down to how you do things. Why? Because it demonstrates your expertise, experience and that obsession to align everything that you do to gain trust from the get go. When you begin to shift on asking how instead of why, you automatically change your focus from you to your clients' needs, desires and reasons. You may have the biggest and most compelling why but it won't beat the most successful companies with the clearest how in demonstrating trust. If you want to start all over again, begin with how. As someone who loves to bring people together - and connect the dots, there's only 24 hours in the day and that sometimes means I don't get to all the introductions I'd like to make. That said, there are some people I refer SO often and are such a boon to those they help - I wanted to "Spotlight" a "If You Don't Know - You Should" series for my most trusted and valued connections. Here’s a spotlight this week: Chad Jenkins is, as his tagline says, a "serial growth alchemist" - so what does that MEAN? Chad effortlessly blends attentive listening, curiosity, and strategic principles to bring about business innovation. He's a true pleasure to speak with and always leaves you with plenty to think about, even if it is a first encounter. But he doesn't stop there. The value always keeps coming. He often help businesses see that which they are otherwise missing, bringing them the 'secret sauce' that drives businesses to soaring heights of growth and prosperity. Be sure to check out his book "Just Add a Zero" - compelling. Link in the comments below. Ask for an introduction – always happy to do so. Also - follow the QR Code for more info on his Seed Spark Offering, one of the coolest SMB catalyst programs I have seen - low risk, high return.

When a company desires to grow, tools are important. Most often though, I've seen tools employed at the expense of BELIEFS. Meaning provocative, proven, and highly beneficial concepts. Need proof? Go to YouTube and find videos about your favorite tool. THEN ... take a look at how many views Simon Sinek's "Golden Circle" has. ** 19 million and counting ** And Sinek's simple yet profound concept has set the course for exponential growth for hundreds, if not thousands of organizations. So when I say that it is the Front End of the business design process, the "Tip of the Spear," that's most important, now you know why. Dogma comes before tools ... or anything else. Worldview - think "purpose" is SO important. It determines The Path, and all decisions made afterwards. -------------------------- Want more freedom that comes with market-dominant performance? Learn how to achieve profitable, sustainable, and exponential growth without all of the traditional sales and marketing headaches. Want to stand out in your job or business? You don't need special skills or training — just timeless habits that elevate your success. In business, it’s not always the unique skills that set you apart. It’s the small habits. Small actions that set the foundation for excellence... ... showing up on time. ... looking someone in the eye. ... saying please and thank you. ... do what you say you’re going to do. These basics aren’t flashy, but practicing them daily can transform how you're seen by your team, clients, and partners. Consistency, integrity, and respect are not just habits but transformational tools. They have the power to change your relationships and outcomes, elevating your success in ways you might not have imagined.

❌ Doing it all ✅ Specializing This mindset shift means everything. When good clients ask me, “What’s your specialty, Dilshad? What’s your USP?” — it’s a reminder of how important focus is. In today’s competitive world, trying to do everything for everyone spreads your efforts too thin. But when you focus on one thing and go deeper ✅ instead of wider ❌, you build expertise, trust, and a stronger reputation. Specialization isn’t just a strategy; it’s a game-changer. What’s your focus? Let’s discuss!
