This was the advice that speaker and industry leader Mike Wessinger, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of PointClickCare, gave to CEO’s in the presentation he delivered at the 2023 ScaleUp Retreat. 📍 CEOs preparing to scale their companies need to transition away from activities and tasks that could be delegated to others.
