Monday Morning is here!! A Day in the Life of a Viio Salesperson 😎 As a Viio salesperson, I know that all days are different. As for Monday morning, I start with checking emails, responding to messages, and preparing for upcoming meetings. 👩💻 Then a quick team huddle to align on priorities and share any important updates. Then, I spend most of my day connecting with potential clients, understanding their pain points, and demonstrating how Viio can solve their problems. In between calls and meetings, I collaborate with my team to brainstorm new strategies, share best practices, and celebrate our successes. Determination and empathy are key in securing a new deal 🤝 Alec Kimble and Logan R. met with a CRO to talk about Outreach and how it can help their company. The CRO instantly understood the value proposition but was concerned about the tech adoption with their teams across the US and internationally. He needed to feel comfortable. Just like that, the roadshow started with Alec and Logan meeting with the sales leaders and showcasing how the platform can work for them 🚗 Right before the end of the quarter, it felt like a deal was not going to happen. Luckily, our dream team didn’t give up. They realized the problem was that they were not engaging decision-makers. They engaged influential decision-makers and sales leaders to turn them into internal champions. And that’s when the deal closed! Nice one, team 🙌

Just passed over into H2 '24 and man... this year has been a crazy ride. About a year ago I made the jump to Nooks because I was beyond impressed by how quickly the product team was surpassing the competition, their insane amount of customer love (from notable logos), and how fixated the founders were on a goal to maximize the productivity of an SDR with AI. So sitting here looking back at H1 is quite the view: - 2x'd ARR since January - Sales team has doubled - Multiple AEs on the team hitting 200%+ their number - SDRs destroying the pipeline number (thanks to Nooks 😉) - Blowing the lid off our company revenue goal More importantly, than all of this... no one is satisfied. Our product team is still innovating, our sales team is still growing, new segments, new geos, new capabilities, new use cases. I'm beyond excited to be on this ride. To the freaking moon! 🚀

Last night sales closed a 6 figure, highly competitive deal in 2 weeks - here’s what went down: 1) Slack comms with multiple champions - constant free flow of information 2) ROI documentation that was highly customized to our prospects situation 3) CEO engagement to create trust And actually we closed another 6 figure deal an hour later - here’s how that one happened: 1) Text comms with multiple champions 2) Aligned documentation of SOW across prospect, Maxio, and partners 3) Differentiated features that were required The common factor? Trust built via quick and accurate communication. Kudos to Chad Turner 🚀 and James Moye 🚀 Big things popping at Maxio 😀
