This period has been defined by our dedicated focus on implementing a Blue Ocean strategy in the consumer-centric real estate industry, aiming to create uncontested market space and drive exceptional value in an industry READY FOR DRAMATIC AND UNPRECEDENTED change. In the FIRST Six Months of 2024! 🏡 For Sale Listings: We have taken on 4,723 for sale listings across 11 states. This tremendous effort reflects our dedication to providing diverse property options and meeting the needs of our customers. 🏢 Rental Listings: We secured 211 rental listings, ensuring a robust portfolio for those seeking quality rental properties. 🔑 Closed Deals: We successfully closed 63 rentals and an impressive 1,605 sales listings. Each closed deal is a testament to our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction well on our way to the #3 individual agent in America for the 4th year in a row. 🌍 Expansion: We are excited to announce our expansion into Indiana and Michigan with our strategic partners at Beycome Brokerage Realty. This move not only broadens our geographic footprint but also enhances our service capabilities in these dynamic markets. 🏅 Managing Broker Role: As part of our expansion of the Revenue Share model, I was honored to become the managing broker for Premier Agent Network across Georgia, Michigan, and Colorado. Starting on January 1st with just 7 agents in total network, we concluded Q2 with an astounding 113 agents—a dramatic increase of 107 agents in just six months. Notably, half of our agent growth was driven by our amazing strategic partnership with Epique Realty. 🤝 Key Strategic Partnerships: Our remarkable growth trajectory has been further fueled by our strategic partnership with Epique Realty, which accounted for half of our agent growth. This brokerage started the year with 500 agents and ended Q2 with an impressive 3,000 agents—on track to be one of the fastest-growing brokerages in USA. The collaboration with some of the fastest-growing brokerages and disruptors in the industry has been truly exhilarating. 🌟 Biggest Accomplishment: Launching our new start-up, OnAgent, Inc, has been our biggest achievements of my career.
