Last night sales closed a 6 figure, highly competitive deal in 2 weeks - here’s what went down: 1) Slack comms with multiple champions - constant free flow of information 2) ROI documentation that was highly customized to our prospects situation 3) CEO engagement to create trust And actually we closed another 6 figure deal an hour later - here’s how that one happened: 1) Text comms with multiple champions 2) Aligned documentation of SOW across prospect, Maxio, and partners 3) Differentiated features that were required The common factor?
