David Green 🇺🇦 amazing smorgasbord of insights. Thanks for sharing. If I am an HR leader, how do I choose which one(s) to focus on? This is the question Harrison James and I try to address through a priority formula with an algorithm to determine opportunity. The focus of the algorithm is to prioritize initiatives that create the most value.

9moLots of rich Learning, David Green 🇺🇦 The way I see it, AI is not only transforming jobs but also necessitates a transformation in the HR function itself. Organizations must adapt to a labour market that increasingly values AI literacy and the ability to work alongside AI. HR strategies must be forward-looking, focusing on equity and diversity while ensuring that the workforce is resilient to these technological shifts. For smart organizations, engaging with educational institutions to bridge the skills gap is strategic. We should collaborate to curate relevant curricula. I see HR transitioning into a strategic architect, shaping how organizations meet the AI challenge. Fun times ahead!
