    David was part of a team of 8 people, who shaped a pro-bono programme with Teens and Toddlers, who are a national charity dedicated to supporting disadvantaged young people from school through to full-time employment.

    programme” which provides a safe learning environment for disadvantaged young people with the
    ultimate goal of improving their opportunities in education and employment. David…

    David was part of a team of 8 people, who shaped a pro-bono programme with Teens and Toddlers, who are a national charity dedicated to supporting disadvantaged young people from school through to full-time employment.

    David engaged with the Teens and Toddlers Board to develop and improve their “Young Leaders
    programme” which provides a safe learning environment for disadvantaged young people with the
    ultimate goal of improving their opportunities in education and employment. David was responsible for the facilitation of several workshops, including charity coordinators, social workers, trustees and beneficiaries. He also co-created the new programme impact assessment, which was used to demonstrate the impact of the programme on its key beneficiaries.

He has helped to drive the charity's launch, deliver its services to key beneficiaries in the wider community, and played a key role in fundraising over £20,000.
