David was part of a team of 8 people, who shaped a pro-bono programme with Teens and Toddlers, who are a national charity dedicated to supporting disadvantaged young people from school through to full-time employment.
David engaged with the Teens and Toddlers Board to develop and improve their “Young Leaders
programme” which provides a safe learning environment for disadvantaged young people with the
ultimate goal of improving their opportunities in education and employment. David…David was part of a team of 8 people, who shaped a pro-bono programme with Teens and Toddlers, who are a national charity dedicated to supporting disadvantaged young people from school through to full-time employment.

David was responsible for the facilitation of several workshops, including charity coordinators, social workers, trustees and beneficiaries. He also co-created the new programme impact assessment, which was used to demonstrate the impact of the programme on its key beneficiaries. -

David acts as Strategy Director and provides strategic advice on the Trustee Board. David draws upon his own personal experience as British-Vietnamese citizen from a family of political refugees. He has helped to drive the charity's launch, deliver its services to key beneficiaries in the wider community, and played a key role in fundraising over £20,000.
