Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in automotive OEMs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, and securing job requirements, and relationships within the automotive industry. If you have 3-8 years of experience with a deep understanding of engineering recruitment, and a network within automotive OEMs, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within the automotive OEM sector, focusing on securing job requirements for staffing and recruitment services.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in automotive OEMs to secure new business opportunities.
Account Management: Develop and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges.
Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and service offerings tailored to the automotive OEM clients.
Market Research: Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the market.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish and expand the company’s presence in the automotive sector.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to fulfillment of staffing requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 3-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the automotive OEM sector.
Engineering Recruitment: Proven experience in engineering recruitment, with a deep understanding of the specific needs of automotive OEMs.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure favorable terms for the company.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.
MSP/VMS Experience: Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) in the staffing industry is highly desirable.
Client Network: An existing network of contacts within automotive OEMs is a significant advantage.
