Case Briefing
Presenting Complaints
A female child Name ANISHA age 11 years came to me on 28-09-2015 at Madangir
Dispensary suffering with skin lesions ( Molluscum contagiosum) on face characterised by
umblicated eruptions since last 1 year and nocturnal enuresis off and on since last 4 years.
Past History - NAD
Family history - Sister had same kind of eruptions 2 years back.
Physically Generals
Thermal reaction - HOT +++
Thirst- thirsty+++4
Appetite - Good
Desire - Cold drinks+++
Aversion- Sweet+
Stool - Constipation occasionally
Urine - Nocturnal enuresis( otherwise normal)
Perspiration- Profuse
Sleep- Late in night and wakes up late in morning
Mind and Disposition
She was very much loquacious with hasty speech. She was good at studies and favourite
subject was math. Aversion to and intolerance of woolen and tight clothing. Quarrelsome
with her sister.
Prescriptions and follow up
1. On 28-09-2015
Lachesis 1M single dose followed by Rub Met 30 three times a day for 7 days was given.
2. On 03-10-2015
Her bed wetting was decreased and the lesion which appeared last gone first. Case was
following Herings law so Rub Met 30 was repeated.

3. On 06-10-2015
Patient lost her Medicine but she was better. So Rub met 30 given.
3. On 23-10-2015
The upper lesions were improving. So case was following Herings law again so Rub met 30
repeated again.
4. On 16-11-2015
Eruption were decreasing above downwards and nocturnal enuresis almost gone. Rub Met
30 repeated.
5. On 10-12-2015
She was still better. Rub met 30 repeated.
6. On 31-12-2015
All lesions on face gone and nocturnal enuresis stopped.
