You've really got to know what you're doing if you're selling on TikTok Shop. That means listening to people like Enda Breslin of ShipBob. At the moment, TikTok Shop is a massive opportunity for brands. But that might not always be the case. So, as Enda says, it's important to spread your products across platforms that you're more used to, as well, like Shopify or Amazon. TikTok is selective about Shop products, so Enda's advice about selecting a small number of hero products for TikTok, while diversifying your strategy into Shopify and Amazon is hugely valuable. I really like strategy of having selected SKUs on TikTok Shop as some products in your catalog will also be more suited to the platform than others. I believe it’s also imprtant to remember that a TikTok customer is a TikTok customer, we don’t own that relationship in the way we do with those shopping through our own direct website.
