What are the key principles of Outcome-Driven Innovation?
In my experience it's good to have a finite list of outcomes. I've defined outcomes as "answers to customer business challenges that our product is capable of solving". By making this list finite, you create a common language that can be persistent across the customer journey. Impact then are the specific metrics and benchmarks across those finite outcomes.
