Introduction
The opening paragraphs set the scene for your proposal based on the discovery session you
held previously. Use words like you, yours and we to address the prospective client directly and
establish a relationship. For example:

We’re delighted you’ve asked us to show you how we can help grow your audience and
acquire more leads with our social media marketing services.

This proposal outlines precisely how we can use our proven skills and strategies to deliver
effective, growth-driven results for your business. In this document, you will find:

1. Your requirements and goals for the brand’s social media presence.
2. Short audit of the current social media following for [Client Brand Name]*.
3. The proposal on how we can work together along with the next steps and pricing.

*Use the "Find & Replace" function to replace [Client Brand Name] with your client’s name.

#1 Social media goals for your brand 🎯

Based on our discovery session and the audit, we recommend focusing on either of these
measurable goals:

● Increase your engagement rates on Facebook and Instagram by X%, as part of a

broader goal to improve brand awareness.
● Increasing referral traffic by X% to your website by introducing consistency and
better posting practices.

Or, you can go more granular than that and offer a few SMART goals. For example, if the
prospective client indicated they wanted to grow their audience on social, you could say:

● Increase the number of Instagram followers in the age range 35-45 by 20% over the
next six months.

#2 Audit of social media networks for
