FIRST THINGS, FIRST...

Digital marketing planning is no different to any other marketing plan, in


fact it’s increasingly strange to have separate plans for ‘digital’ and
‘offline’ since that’s not how your customers perceive your business.
However, we’re often required to separate plans for “digital” only based on
the way teams and reporting is structured and to help the transition to
digital - before it becomes “business as usual”.
Keep it flexible. Situations and plans change, especially online, so ensure
plans are usable by a clear vision for the year and keeping detail to a
shorter term 90-day focus
Opting for online marketing enables the start-up to run campaigns
specifically targeted at the right audience. Online marketing can be a big
aid for a start-up as it is a cost-effective way of building brand awareness,
generating traffic and creating a customer base.
The below table is listing the actual and proposed Social Media Channels
also the services that you are taking and the ones proposed for the
continuance
1) Post Creation is about creating designs and captions.
It is not advised to focus solely on sales posts. That is why I propose creating
informative posts, industry-related information, etc.
With all the designs I have prepared are suitable for Instagram and Facebook.
Through Platforms we are going to cover the target groups
2) About posting frequencies I am proposing one post/day. Most studies agree that once
per day is optimal, with a maximum of two posts per day.
We are going to keep consistent posting plan through
a) Informative posts presenting the company
b) Call to action posts inviting audience
c) News and different articles from outside sources like the one below:
SEO optimization is constantly growing in importance and a few years back, it
played a crucial role for midsize and large businesses. Now, it is just as important for
small business.
If we consider a week posting plan I will suggest ( 2 Informative posts from your
website, 2 Call to Action and 1 article from other sources)
3) I am proposing to create some short video presentations
I will propose to start with one/week and also reels)
Video marketing is an important part of Online Marketing Strategy. Video is
progressing rapidly and can reach new heights sooner than it is thought. There are
numerous reasons why Video is considered as one of the most versatile and
profitable digital marketing tools out there!

important to identify Keywords and hashtags , also content that they are using. Figure out what
they’re doing well and what needs improvement. Whom are your competitors targeting? Look at
their advertisements, visit their website, join their email subscription list.You can attempt to go
after the same target market or focus on a group your competition may be overlooking.

3. What are the major factors affecting our ability to gain early sales wins?

If we have and target the right channels and fuels we can easly generate sales

4. For start-ups and small companies, how can we look more experienced than our size suggests?

better for you . After we using social media for our brand in our 30 days , now we need to
implement ads . Is very important to set a budged for them and also make analysis what feedback

DAYS 60-90: PUTTING YOUR STRATEGY INTO ACTION

Sixty days at a startup is a long time. This part of the plan is intentionally less defined.

and iterate on your plan as you gain more confidence.

The final 30 days are the fun part, as the marketing strategy you’ve carefully shaped starts to
show results. During this final phase, you’ll want to solidify support for your plan, getting the
official “go-ahead” from stakeholders, and then put it into action.
All the prior work, research and careful planning will pay off as you start launching the campaigns
outlined in your first days. And since you’ve been transparent about your goals through crafting a
30-60-90 day plan, when you meet them and see marketing successes, you’ll be able to point
back to the strategy and planning that got you there

marketing and branding efforts to leverage the social components to attract
additional prospects, customers and revenue.
Through consulting, strategy and executing in cooperation with, The Women Talks is
will direct the proper implementation of Social Media channels that will further build the
brand, loyal customer base and community. Some of the activities that will be included
in the program are:

Paid Facebook advertisements are important for businesses because they allow
you to target a specific audience. Facebook claims that they are 89% accurate
when it comes to targeted campaigns. Whether a business wants to target a
completely new audience or an audience similar to its current audience, Facebook
is flexible. Businesses are able to target based on location, demographics,
interests, and behaviors.
There is a list presenting Facebook Ads Objectives/ starting from Brand Awareness
to Consideration, ending with Conversation.
Based on goals to increase brand awareness or to increase traffic to the website, I
am suggesting focusing to brand awareness and conversation objectives,
encouraging people to take a specific action on your business's site, such as filling
out the form to become partners and latter on downloading the app. For this part
we will use other strategies because is a little difficult for this niche of business.

To conclude the ADS budget depends on company budget which will support
company goals and objectives.
