I’m reaching out because we have a real problem.

I’m not complaining or mad but want to take what we


are doing more seriously. We are not getting the traction we need and we need to have adopt our own
SOP’s to drive our own growth.

Problem Identification and Strategic Goals:

1. Market Awareness: Our primary goal is to increase visibility and recognition of our brand in a
crowded market. To achieve this, we must leverage a multi-channel strategy that effectively
broadcasts our message across various platforms including Social Media, Newsletters, and
professional networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.
2. Client Education: It is imperative that our clients understand the full value of our offerings. This
will be accomplished by creating and distributing detailed use cases and specific examples that
clearly articulate the benefits of our services.

Brand Strategy Overhaul:

● Colors and Fonts: We will update our visual identity to ensure that our color palette and
typography reflect our brand's values and appeal to our target audience.
● Images: High-quality, consistent imagery will be used to enhance all marketing materials,
ensuring they communicate our message effectively.

Marketing Collateral Enhancement:

● Website and Brochures: Our website will undergo a complete redesign to improve user
experience and provide comprehensive information about our products and services. Similarly,
our brochures will be updated to align with our new brand strategy.
● Photographs and Client Testimonials: New professional photos and compelling testimonials
will be incorporated to build trust and credibility.

Content Marketing Expansion:

● Blogs and Social Media: We will commit to weekly publications, including engaging social media
posts and reels tailored to each platform. This will also include active participation in relevant
Facebook and Reddit groups to increase our engagement with potential clients.

Competitive Analysis:

● Review competitor websites such as FreeUp and MyOutDesk to understand their messaging and
service offerings. This analysis will help us refine our value proposition and ensure we remain
competitive. We need to do this for StylaVu and PBS.

Expected Outcomes:

1. Real Content: We will produce genuine, valuable content backed by thorough documentation.
2. Clear Direction: Every team member will have explicit directives and goals.
3. Application of SOPs: Standard Operating Procedures will be meticulously applied to each
marketing function.
4. Internal Capability: Emphasizing our internal talents, we will execute this overhaul without
outsourcing to agencies, embracing a hands-on approach to learning and adaptation.
Our own people needs:

1. Talent Recruitment:
a. We can’t lose time onboarding talent that doesn’t function as a Masters or PhD level
caliber.
2. Digital Collateral Creation using Canva.
a. That’s all we need. Brochures, Newsletters, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
3. Lead harvesting along with contact information.
a. Use Facebook Group
b. LinkedIn
c. Events Applications
4. Good Copy Editor with good aesthetic talent
a. Blogs, Newsletters, Use Cases
5. Automation
a. Jotform, Honeybook, Quickbooks, Wave, Zapier

I want you all to think about this so we can discuss in more depth. This is our opportunity to reshape our
future and make a significant impact.
