Happy Tuesday! Did you know that in 2013 US Congress officially recognized the first Tuesday in October as CX Day? Pretty neat, huh? CX Day is a global celebration and chance for CX professionals around the world to come together as a community to celebrate customers, share successes, catalyze change, and get inspired by new thinking and discovery. 🤗 Friday Reflections: New Beginnings and the Power of Customer Experience 💪🏻 As we wrap up another week, I can't help but reflect on the exciting journey I'm on. Transitioning into a new industry has been both challenging and rewarding, and this Friday morning feels especially significant. It’s a time to celebrate not only the progress I've made but also the opportunities to help create exceptional customer experiences—something I’m passionate about. In a way, it's like being a new employee again, full of curiosity and eagerness to learn, but also seeing things through the eyes of a customer. Every interaction, every touchpoint matters, and I'm grateful for the chance to help shape those moments. New customers, new colleagues, and new challenges are a reminder of how growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones. I’m excited to continue building relationships, learning from others, and contributing to the incredible customer experiences we’re creating.
