Aiello ~ I want to introduce myself again especially to the new followers here. ☺️ 1.5 years ago when I started writing and publishing on LinkedIn, I wanted to champion my own work in creating a thriving creative hub powered by AI and Web3 innovation. If I don't, who will right? I am Jean Ng, a visionary entrepreneur who is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the world. My ultimate goal is to spend only two days working and five days serving the communities, and I am determined to make this vision a reality. To achieve this, I believe that leveraging the power of AI assistants will be instrumental in streamlining my workflow and freeing up more time for community building. Currently, I have the support of five dedicated AI agents who work closely with me to ensure the efficient operation of my business. From struggling to integrate emerging technologies to fostering a vibrant community of creatives and innovators, it was such a rewarding journey for me. Not only that, the most fulfilling part is : 🌈 Building a community that embraces collaboration, creativity, and growth 🌈 Leveraging AI and Web3 to drive innovation and empower creators 🌈 Championing the importance of ESG, especially the social and governance aspects 🌈 Connecting with like-minded individuals passionate about AI, Web3, and ESG 🌈 Inspiring others to join the movement and contribute to a better future Some of my friends and even strangers started to reach out and ask me how do I manage to create a thriving creative hub while driving positive change. The key to building a successful and impactful community lies in leveraging technology, fostering collaboration, and staying true to your values. Here are a few strategies that have helped me along the way: 1️⃣ Embrace AI and Web3 technologies. These emerging technologies can revolutionize the way we create, collaborate, and innovate. 2️⃣ Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity. Encourage open communication, support one another, and celebrate diversity of thought. 3️⃣ Prioritize ESG, especially social and governance aspects. Recognise that these factors directly impact the environment and our collective future. 4️⃣ Build genuine connections with like-minded individuals. Surround yourself with people who share your passion and vision for a better world. 5️⃣ Lead by example and inspire others to join the movement. Your actions and success can motivate others to contribute to positive change. Building a thriving community that drives innovation and positive change takes time and effort. 💡Stay focused on your vision 💡Remain resilient in the face of challenges 💡Never stop believing in the power of collaboration and innovation If you're interested in building a robust business network in the exciting world of AI, Web3, and ESG, I'm happy to chat, drop me a DM 😉 #Collaboration #Innovation

@ ZMQ Development we build holistic Bottom-Up Technology linked Models for mainstreaming underprivileged & disconnected communities. The first & foremost step is building & deploying contextually appropriate tools for the communities to raise awareness, generate demand and create knowledge societies. In order to achieve development it is more important to empower communities with tools than just excavating their data for remote analysis. At ZMQ Global it is termed as #digital Active Ground Building.

One of the pillars of sustainability is to improve worldwide social equity. However, when we say it in this way, this sounds very broad and a bit abstract. How can we then narrow down to potential actions that can lead our projects to target beyond the economic benefit, and increase their social equity value? For this, work is now being done to characterize and define "just transitions" and "social inclusion" pathways. In this paper we propose a set of principles, that brings together social theories and social practice in the agricultural for development sector. Our proposed results show that the following seven equity principles could be applied in projects to increase their social inclusion value: 1) Recognize AR4D Power Dynamics 2) Define Goals and Anti-Goals (scoping the beneficiaries) 3) Build Global “Horizontal” Partnerships 4) Acknowledge Social Differences among Innovation Users and Non-Users 5) Innovate and Curate Innovation Appropriately 6) Assess Impact and Reflect 7) Develop Inclusive Systems Capacity So happy to have researched, discussed, and done all this analysis together with my great team of co-authors: Erin McGuire MAHA Al-ZU'BI, Ph.D. María Boa Giang Luu Thi Thu Janelle Sylvester. Thank you Erin for putting us together, to research on this. What is the process of social innovation? Social innovation typically involves identifying and addressing social needs or challenges in novel and effective ways. While the process can vary depending on the specific context and goals, here's a general outline: 1. Understanding the Problem: Social innovators start by thoroughly understanding the social issue or need they want to address. This involves research, data analysis, and often direct engagement with the affected communities to gain insights into the root causes and nuances of the problem. 2. Ideation and Conceptualization: Once the problem is understood, the next step is to generate ideas for potential solutions. 3. Prototyping and Testing: Social innovators develop prototypes or pilot projects to test their ideas in real-world settings. 4. Collaboration and Partnerships: Social innovation often requires collaboration with various stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, businesses, and community groups. 5. Evaluation and Iteration: Throughout the process, social innovators continuously evaluate the effectiveness of their solutions against predefined goals and metrics. 6. Scaling and Sustainability: Once a social innovation has proven successful, the focus shifts to scaling it up to reach a larger audience or address a broader problem. 7. Impact Measurement and Reporting: Social innovators measure and communicate the impact of their initiatives to stakeholders, funders, and the wider community. 8. Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Social innovation is an iterative process, and learning from both successes and failures is essential for continuous improvement. . . . #InnovationBazarSocialInnovation #Leadership #Innovation #SocialInnovation #ProblemUnderstanding #Collaboration #SustainabilityMatters #InnovationCulture #ImpactMeasurement #Partnerships #Empowerment #SystemicChange

Knowledge sharing is the key to innovation and growth. Curious minds have always sought to learn and share insights – in the past, in the present, and into the future. Over a hundred years ago, pioneers like Henry Ford and Thomas Edison gathered with a diverse group of forward thinkers, known as the “Vagabonds,” to learn from each other’s experiences, successes, and failures. Even without modern communication tools, they formed a strong community, determined to support each other’s progress. Today, the need for collaboration and knowledge exchange across sectors is as strong as ever. By sharing knowledge, we strengthen one another, uncover fresh perspectives, and discover new paths for growth. Are you just as curious, with ideas that could inspire other farmers worldwide? Send an email to info@vagabondgrowers.online and join a growing network of innovative minds. Let’s build the future together! www.vagabondgrowers.online

Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) initiatives can transform lives, boost enrollment, and elevate member well-being. But here’s the catch: they’re often resource-heavy, time-consuming, and let’s face it, sometimes feel superficial. So, how do we do it right? The Lean Startup gave me a framework that’s too good not to share: the Build-Measure-Learn feedback loop. It’s all about creating impact without overcommitting resources. Here’s how it can work for SDOH: 🚀 Build: Start small. Think of programs as "Minimum Viable Products" (MVPs). For example, launch social clubs to combat isolation or pilot meal delivery for food insecurity. Test the waters before diving in headfirst. 📊 Measure: Use data to track impact—pre/post surveys, control groups, cost savings, reduced ER visits, and member satisfaction. This gives you measurable ROI instead of guesswork. 🔄 Learn: Don’t just set it and forget it. Evaluate, refine, and, if needed, pivot. Continuous improvement ensures your initiatives stay relevant and impactful. Done right, these Lean strategies save time, conserve resources, and focus your MA plan’s energy on what truly drives results. Got ideas for making SDOH initiatives more impactful? Let’s chat and brainstorm together!
