We're not a typical company, so why expect standard people and normal photos? 🔥
This static piece of artistic work was taken on the second night of Coverflex's last team offsite, in which we brought the team together for our "SummitAtTheSummit" retreat, held at the highest point of continental Portugal. 🏔
Starring below, you'll find our Marketing team, with a set of Great Place to Work accolades to showcase, doing our best Renaissance impression because... well, why not? 🎨
It's with this set of differentiated, fun and growth-oriented people I get the chance to work with daily on the journey towards getting Coverflex to serve 1,000,000 employees over the next couple of years. So yes, I'm shamelessly using this photo as a pretext to leave them a public set of kudos and a shoutout. 🔊
From our amazing Italian marketeers 🇮🇹 - Mara Tonta, Andres Cuadros, Elena Irene Antolini, Domenico Abbadessa, Giada Purini, Giulio Lantieri -, our Portuguese marketing specialists 🇵🇹 - Rafael Ramos, João Mendes, Manuela Baptista Coelho, Mafalda Morais -, our newborn Spanish team 🇪🇸 - Javier Angulo Fernández, Nelson Ferreira, Sergio Bruno -, our Growth Ops gurus - Cristiano Vieira, Pedro Azevedo, Rui Sousa - to our Brand and Design stars - Maria Moita, Francisco Peres, I'm lucky to be surrounded with these people and to be able to challenge and be challenged by them every week.
🎯 It's been a special pleasure to keep building and expanding this team alongside my two mates in Luis Rocha, our CMO & co-founder, and Pedro Costa, our Head of Growth and my most direct peer, and to have recently added Alex Andrés Knight to the mix (former Country Lead at Spendesk who's leading our cross-market Sales enablement efforts).
🗝 Aligned with Coverflex's principles of transparency and openness, I'll try to use this as a starting point to begin sharing, on this platform, a couple more internal practices, team dynamics, experiments, successes, doubts, failures and whatnot. No fixed cadence, no fixed formats, no fixed topics.
An informal sort of #MarketingInPublic, one might say, hoping at least someone will draw as much value from it as I do, on a weekly basis, from all sorts of benchmarking and inspiration seeking.
