They can do this in 3 steps : 1) Establishing a clear vision : Integrate AI initiatives with your overall business strategy, aligning them with strategic priorities and identifying specific areas where AI can drive value. Aligning AI Themes /Domains ( bottoms up use cases) to Strategic Business priorities ( top down) drives better outcomes. 2) Prioritization of the right use cases : Evaluate potential AI applications by choosing High Value business cases which also score high on Feasibility and Actionability. 3) Measure and Track Progress : Define clear metrics to assess the performance of your AI initiatives throughout their lifecycle, for example Model Quality, adoption metrics, Operational metrics, System metrics and Business impact.
