🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 Today, at the #AphASouthEast2024 conference, we officially announced the launch of the Women in Health Data Network! 🚀 Big thankyou to Rony Arafin, Kay Khan, Jeanette Fraser MSc MBCS, Tilly Allen and Emma Wright for joining us on the panel discussion and to everyone that attended. Data and health are transforming rapidly, and women play a pivotal role in driving innovative, data-driven solutions that advance patient care and public health outcomes. Through this network, we aim to: 🤝 Build a strong community for women in health data, offering support, mentorship, and networking opportunities. 🎓 Provide guidance on professional development and growth and address the unique challenges in health data. 📢 Amplify women’s voices and contributions in health data, helping to foster greater representation and leadership. Over the coming weeks and months, we will share events, insights and opportunities for those interested in pursuing a career in health data, starting with our first network meetup on the 10th December.
