DHL Express Romania partnered with us, at PROCESIO, to develop the internal #DHL #eTransportHub, which integrates all their systems and checkpoints. Each transport checkpoint collects data that needs to be synchronized with a #UIT #code. The UIT (#Unique #Identifier for #Transport) code ensures that beneficiaries, transporters, and all the other parties must align. Beneficiaries declare the goods, and transporters declare all relevant details related to the transport. 🔴 Before this automation, DHL had multiple people manually managing the declaration of transports and updating the UIT codes. Due to the scale of DHL's operations, this effort required one, two, or even three full-time employees. 🟢 After the automation, DHL significantly reduced the manual effort and achieved considerable efficiency and cost savings. We are happy and proud to have the opportunity to work on this project and look forward to expanding our partnership with DHL.

We prove the #power of our #technology in the most complex scenarios - Takko Fashion uses PROCESIO to issue invoices daily. Takko Fashion needed a practical solution to a complex #invoicing system that could not be adjusted for the new legal requirements. But their existing systems weren’t exactly easy to connect with. 🔴 The problem Employees at Takko Fashion stores across Romania were #handwriting invoices on pre-printed forms. It was slow, prone to mistakes, and inconvenient for everyone involved - employees, customers, and the back office. Their ERP system didn't allow direct #integration, and updating it would mean months of IT headaches and costs they couldn’t justify. But the need for a solution was about speed and compliance. Without a modern invoicing system, they risked fines from regulators, and they couldn’t afford to wait. 🟢 PROCESIO approach We understand that we needed to build something that would solve their problems without creating new ones. So, instead of forcing integrations with their existing systems, we changed the approach. Takko Fashion’s system send data to us (products, prices, and employee details) and we handled the rest. We built a process that acted like an #API. This allowed their system to send updated data as it changed, and we turned that data into a working invoicing system. In just five minutes, Takko Fashion’s IT team had a link (API endpoint) to send us data. No complex setup, no complicated solutions. Within a few days, the process was running, and employees could issue invoices using a straightforward interface. From start to finish, the project was completed in a single month. That’s it. 🟢 Business outcomes for Takko Fashion → Employees no longer spent time writing out invoices by hand, which means faster customer service. → Automation eliminated the mistakes that came with manual entry, ensuring accurate billing every time. → With faster invoices, customers didn’t have to wait around. → Integration with the government’s invoicing portal meant they avoided regulatory risks. → Happy IT team 🙂 Since the solution required minimal involvement from their IT department, they could stay focused on other priorities. ✅ And perhaps the best part? Takko Fashion didn’t have to invest in expensive upgrades or wait months for a solution. At PROCESIO, we believe automation should solve problems, not create them. Integrating enterprise systems with regulatory bodies is hard. Complex internal infrastructures like SAP and other #ERPs lack default solutions to handle dynamic government regulations, forcing enterprises to deal with long, costly development processes. We work with enterprises and are always looking to prove the power of our technology in the most complex situations. This is one scenario where PROCESIO makes all the difference: 1️⃣ The enterprise problem Siemens Healthineers, a global enterprise, needed to integrate its invoicing system with a government regulatory body in a European country. Without this integration, they couldn't receive payments, suspending their business. 2️⃣ The options → Direct integration via #SAP - this would take six months, far beyond their critical timeline. → #Excel export - this method would still require three months of internal IT procedure, and that was too slow to prevent significant business risk. 3️⃣ The PROCESIO Solution → Interception via email - we proposed using a generic email address. When the company sent invoices to the government body, they added PROCESIO’s email in BCC. → Data extraction and transformation - #PROCESIO intercepted the invoices, extracted the required data from PDFs, and converted it into the XML format mandated by the regulatory body. → Fast integration - the processed data was sent directly to the government system, bypassing internal IT roadblocks. 4️⃣ Siemens Healthineers benefits → This approach avoided lengthy internal procedures and delivered a solution within weeks, not months. → The implementation costs were significantly reduced compared to traditional integration.  → The solution ensured uninterrupted cash flow and enabled compliance with government regulations fast.
