"Better Automation" by PROCESIO brings in the world's top experts and shares their best ideas on how to improve automation in your business, processes, workflows and lives. So that you save time, reduce costs, up skill your teams, scale up your business reliably and get the right data reporting to make superior decisions
Integrating enterprise systems with regulatory bodies is hard. Complex internal infrastructures like SAP and other #ERPs lack default solutions to handle dynamic government regulations, forcing enterprises to deal with long, costly development processes.
We work with enterprises and are always looking to prove the power of our technology in the most complex situations.
This is one scenario where PROCESIO makes all the difference:
1️⃣ The enterprise problem
Siemens Healthineers, a global enterprise, needed to integrate its invoicing system with a government regulatory body in a European country. Without this integration, they couldn't receive payments, suspending their business.
2️⃣ The options
→ Direct integration via #SAP - this would take six months, far beyond their critical timeline.
→ #Excel export - this method would still require three months of internal IT procedure, and that was too slow to prevent significant business risk.
3️⃣ The PROCESIO Solution
→ Interception via email - we proposed using a generic email address. When the company sent invoices to the government body, they added PROCESIO’s email in BCC.
→ Data extraction and transformation - #PROCESIO intercepted the invoices, extracted the required data from PDFs, and converted it into the XML format mandated by the regulatory body.
→ Fast integration - the processed data was sent directly to the government system, bypassing internal IT roadblocks.
4️⃣ Siemens Healthineers benefits
→ This approach avoided lengthy internal procedures and delivered a solution within weeks, not months.
→ The implementation costs were significantly reduced compared to traditional integration.
→ The solution ensured uninterrupted cash flow and enabled compliance with government regulations fast.
Thank you, Siemens Healthineers, for your trust and for the opportunity to working together and building this scalable and flexible automation solution for your company.
🔥 Such a great discussion I had with Antim Mogos from SALESIANER Gruppe! Seeing him so happy about the #eTransport project we implemented for his company made me incredibly proud of our PROCESIO team.
Antim shared that with the PROCESIO#eTransport#Hub, they managed to automate a manual effort that previously took at least 2 hours daily.
Additionally, the issue of #UIT codes being generated by transporters outside business hours—often during the night, when no one was available—has now been completely resolved. With this automation, everything is taken care of seamlessly, around the clock.
A huge thank you 🙏 to Florentin Vencu for enabling the commercial aspects, Alexandru Bucataru for coordinating the project, and Andrei Ciucean, Razvan Timboiu, and Anton Iacob for architecting our eTransport Hub, which stays at the core of these innovative #eTransport solutions.
🔥 PROCESIO - Giving back time to people 🔥

Let’s discuss in the comments!
I am a builder. 🛠️
I’ve been building for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I sculpted planes, cars, and rockets 🚀 from scraps of wood and whatever materials I could get my hands on. There was no grand workshop, no sophisticated tools—just a knife and imagination. I’d keep carving until a plane ✈️ or car 🚗 started to take shape.
For me, building was a way of bringing ideas to life. 💡
As I grew older, my passion for building evolved. Wooden toys gave way to digital tools 💻, and I started creating software and products that had the potential to shape industries.
In 2020, my co-founder Mihai DARZAN approached me with an idea that reignited my love for building: a technology that could build software itself. A platform that would simplify the complex, automate the repetitive, and help people create without barriers. ⚙️✨
Mihai’s vision was clear and ambitious, and I saw a chance to build something truly transformative in it. So, I decided to join him and build PROCESIO with a simple yet powerful goal: redefine how automation is built and accessed. 🚀
Building is a mindset. 🧠
It requires patience, vision, and a true commitment to improving what’s in front of you. Whether crafting a wooden plane or developing automation technology, the principles remain the same.
At PROCESIO, every feature we design, every use case we solve, and every partnership we build comes from this same passion for creation. 💻🤝
I’m proud of the platform we’ve built. It’s a tool that enables others to become builders in their own right, whether they’re creating workflows, automating processes, or simplifying operations. 🌟
If you love to build—whether it’s businesses, products, or new ideas—know that the tools you use can make all the difference.
At PROCESIO, we support builders like you, helping transform ideas into reality with technology that works with you, not against you. ✨
Let’s keep building. Who knows where the next rocket 🚀 will take us?
#BuildingTheFuture#passion#team
You must start by paying attention to the small things to create something impactful. Details matter. They’re what set apart something functional from something #meaningful .
This belief is one of the reasons I built PROCESIO. I wanted to create something that could benefit people and businesses.
I’m a technical person at heart, but much more than that. I work hard (maybe too hard), as some would call me a workaholic (I don’t think I am 😁). I enjoy what I do, and I care deeply about it.
Yet, life isn’t all about work. I love snowboarding, grilling with friends, spending time in the countryside, and taking vacations to recharge. I like to think I’m a pretty normal guy who happens to be obsessed with #solvingproblems.
I’m also a learner. I love learning from books, people, and experiences. Sure, it’s wiser to learn from others’ mistakes, and I try to. But I’ve found that my own #failures are often my deepest lessons. I don’t think that makes me smarter, but it just makes me someone who keeps learning, even when it’s hard.
That mindset has helped me grow beyond being a technical person. As a business owner, I’ve had to develop my business side, learn to lead, and figure out how to navigate challenges. It’s been a journey of growth and curiosity.
But there’s always room to learn more.
No matter how much I’ve learned, life keeps finding ways to teach me new #lessons. Therefore, I keep striving not to be perfect but to improve daily.
This is who I am.
A person who loves the process of learning pays attention to details, and finds joy in the simple things in life, even while tackling #bigproblems.
I’ve decided to start sharing more about myself and my journey with PROCESIO. From now on, I’ll share the lessons, challenges, and stories shaping our work.
Together with my co-founder Marian and the entire PROCESIO team, we're here to share best practices, demystify #automation, and bring real value to those eager to explore the world of automation.
If you’re curious about automation or have specific questions, post them in the comments, and I will answer them.
When we started building PROCESIO, we had one core principle in mind: #POWER. But what does "power" mean for an automation platform? For us, it’s about two things:
1️⃣ Processing Speed
To be powerful, a platform must be #fast. Fast enough to handle real-time tasks and to serve as the pillar for other systems. Today, PROCESIO is the fastest automation platform on the market.
2️⃣ #Flexibility
True power also means giving users the freedom to create. We designed PROCESIO to let you drag, drop, and configure actions out of the box. But we didn’t stop there. We made it possible to code when needed, because no matter how great the platform, there will always be edge cases, moments when you want to go beyond the expected and innovate.
This dual approach ensures that whether you’re a developer or a non-technical user, you can build workflows and systems that work how you need them.
With speed and flexibility, PROCESIO brings the power for the user to imagine and build whatever they #imagine.
What does "power" mean to you in the context of #automation?
