We prove the #power of our #technology in the most complex scenarios - Takko Fashion uses PROCESIO to issue invoices daily.
Takko Fashion needed a practical solution to a complex #invoicing system that could not be adjusted for the new legal requirements.
But their existing systems weren’t exactly easy to connect with.
🔴 The problem
Employees at Takko Fashion stores across Romania were #handwriting invoices on pre-printed forms. It was slow, prone to mistakes, and inconvenient for everyone involved - employees, customers, and the back office.
Their ERP system didn't allow direct #integration, and updating it would mean months of IT headaches and costs they couldn’t justify.
But the need for a solution was about speed and compliance. Without a modern invoicing system, they risked fines from regulators, and they couldn’t afford to wait.
🟢 PROCESIO approach
We understand that we needed to build something that would solve their problems without creating new ones.
So, instead of forcing integrations with their existing systems, we changed the approach. Takko Fashion’s system send data to us (products, prices, and employee details) and we handled the rest.
We built a process that acted like an #API. This allowed their system to send updated data as it changed, and we turned that data into a working invoicing system.
In just five minutes, Takko Fashion’s IT team had a link (API endpoint) to send us data.
No complex setup, no complicated solutions.
Within a few days, the process was running, and employees could issue invoices using a straightforward interface.
From start to finish, the project was completed in a single month. That’s it.
🟢 Business outcomes for Takko Fashion
→ Employees no longer spent time writing out invoices by hand, which means faster customer service.
→ Automation eliminated the mistakes that came with manual entry, ensuring accurate billing every time.
→ With faster invoices, customers didn’t have to wait around.
→ Integration with the government’s invoicing portal meant they avoided regulatory risks.
→ Happy IT team 🙂 Since the solution required minimal involvement from their IT department, they could stay focused on other priorities.
✅ And perhaps the best part? Takko Fashion didn’t have to invest in expensive upgrades or wait months for a solution.
At PROCESIO, we believe automation should solve problems, not create them.
Automation doesn’t have to mean tearing everything down. Sometimes, it’s about building something simple on top of what you already have.
Thank you, Irena Purice, for your trust and the opportunity to work together and build this scalable and flexible automation solution for Takko Fashion.

If you’re dealing with a process that feels outdated but too complicated to change, whether legacy systems, manual workflows, or just harder than it should be, let’s talk.
One example is with Taco Fish and if you go to any Taco fashion store in Romania and ask for an invoice, they will issue that invoice with processor. So the employees in the stores are actually using a product build with procedure to issue that invoice. And we are tackling like situations that are highly complex to be tackled by other players. We don't go after use cases that are are simple. We try to prove the power of our technology in like really complex scenarios. Like in this example, the challenge was that we were not able to connect to any of their systems yet. We had to build a billing platform. That the front store people would use to issue invoices. How do you do that? Like we we are like. Finding really simple and innovative solutions for complex projects and we were able to deliver this the solution in one implementation month. From scratch we built a process in procession. In processor. Every process is basically an API, so we've built the processing procedure. We've given them access to send calls to this API, which is a process they started sending data with products, prices, employees and stuff like this. After we received the data, we started to map that data because we didn't knew at that point what was the data structure that we were expecting. So this is highly flexible as you can already see right now. Then we started to model the data. We saved the data in a database. So every time they send the new information that is changing in within their system. So basically instead of us connecting to their system, we had them send the data that was updated. And we are relying on that data to actually present the relevant information within the front end of the billing system that we've built for them. And that's how we actually managed to to to this without integration. We found the solution to be very simple, easy to implement. It was very easy for their IT department to use and send us the data. They basically we gave them the API in 5 minutes. Like literally they send the e-mail. In 5 minutes we were back with the API. They started sending data in a few days, we got the data and we started to implement on top of that. The final outcome is kind of hard to estimate at this point, even looking backwards. But they had another challenge, like this entire use case started from another place altogether. So the place was. They had to integrate with invoice and before using process CIO. Their employees were issuing invoices like on printed, reprinted templates by writing with the pen on the paper, right. So that was the challenge. How do you transition from writing invoices with the pen on the paper? To fully automated invoicing, billing, billing platform like so. We basically removed the that process. We eliminated potential errors that was were happening. We reduced the time to actually invoice to the client. The client is not now not waiting in front of the of the office to receive the invoice. So there's the return on investment is not just. Eliminated the risk of errors is not just removing or minimizing the time to issue the invoice, but it's also. The client feedback, they improved customer sentiment that we're getting from this and also removing the risk of getting fines from the enough because of not sending the invoice to the invoice portal.
