About us

Welcome to MiiND, the interactive platform dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of young people. Our mission is simple: to provide free access to a wide range of mental health resources designed to empower young minds. At MiiND, we understand the challenges that young people face. That’s why we have created a collection of mental health resources, including interactive workbooks with evidence-based strategies, mindfulness recordings, gratitude journals, and so much more! We believe that by equipping young people with these resources, we can promote resilience and personal growth. Launching September 15th!

  • Did you know that you are made up of trillions of bugs? 🦠 These bugs play a huge role in keeping your body healthy—they help with digestion, regulate your immune system, and even support your mental well-being. Most of these beneficial bugs live in your gut, particularly in your large intestine. Inside the intestine, there’s a silky surface called mucus that keeps these bugs contained and working their magic. And did you know that your gut and brain have a two-way relationship? 🧠 The gut can talk to the brain, and the brain can talk to the gut! This communication happens through neurotransmitters, which act like walkie-talkies. One important neurotransmitter is serotonin—the "feel-good" chemical that helps regulate mood, manage stress, improve focus, and keep you motivated. But here’s the catch: for the serotonin made in your gut to reach your brain, you need to take good care of your gut bugs. The best way to nourish your gut bugs is by eating colourFULL plant-based foods. These vibrant, nutrient-rich foods help fuel your gut microbes, ensuring your gut-brain connection stays strong. Want to learn more about how to support your gut health and brighten up your meals with colourFULL dishes? Click the link below to check out our brand-new resource, How to Build a Plate That Is ColourFULL. This resource was developed by Angelica Pupillo, Clinical Nutritionist and Founder of This is Your Body. https://lnkd.in/ggVBuxj4

  • Calling all schools, not-for-profit organisations, and community-centred groups! ☕✨ Are you looking for an engaging and meaningful program to support the well-being of girls in your community? The Hot Chocolate Circle Program might be just what you need! 🫶 The HCC is centred on creating a warm and welcoming space where girls can navigate their mental health journeys. We know that facing mental health challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating. That’s why we’ve crafted a unique approach: by gathering in a circle with a cup of hot chocolate, we foster an atmosphere of support and understanding. Here, girls can share their experiences, uplift one another, and gain practical, evidence-based coping strategies. Together, we aim to build a community of girls who feel empowered to navigate their mental health journeys and equipped with the tools to lead fulfilling lives. 🌱 We're now inviting expressions of interest from groups who would like to run our HCC Programs in 2025. If your organisation is interested in partnering with us, reach out to start the conversation and explore how we can work together to make a difference. 📧 Enquire today: [email protected]
