The holiday season can wreak havoc on our sleep schedules. There's more to juggle, late-night events, and perhaps a bit more wine. But when sleep suffers, so does our energy and stress resilience. Here are 3 ways to protect your sleep: 🌤️ Start in the morning: Get sunlight in the morning to regulate your sleep-wake cycle. 🛌 Bed is for sleep: Keep your bed for sleep—no work, no scrolling, just sleep and intimacy. 🗓️ Set a schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time daily for better sleep quality. What healthy sleep habits will you practise this holiday? At Dala, we believe that taking care of your wellbeing and becoming the better version of yourself doesn’t have to be a solo journey. It’s about coming together, finding connection, and sharing the experience with others who inspire growth. Last Saturday, we were thrilled to be part of the Women in Digital Entrepreneur Workshop. Despite the rainy weather, we came together to learn, connect, and support one another—a powerful reminder of what community can achieve. A huge shoutout to Pichy Watcharapanich, founder of Swotful, for creating such an inspiring event and bringing this amazing group together. Special thanks to our Product Lead, Dr Priyanka Naidu, for leading a reflective and impactful wellbeing session, and to our Marketing Specialist, Vivian Vu, for sharing her valuable insights on the panel. To everyone who joined us—thank you for bringing your energy, curiosity, and passion. You made the day unforgettable 💛

Processing emotions in healthy ways—like journaling, talking to a trusted friend, or seeking support from a mental health professional—is essential for your wellbeing.
