X Series Gyratory Crushers

X series gyratory crushers are mainly applied to the primary crushing in the big or ultra-big projects. With
the unique crushing cavity design of the X series, the optimum productivity can be ensured. The processing

X Series Gyratory Crushers capacity per unit ranges from 1,500 to 7,500 t/h. The crushers were designed specialy for the extra heavy-
duty applications and are widely used in the industries of the black and nonferrous mining and aggregate.
With the intelligent control system, the crushers can be run more easily and become more stable, which can
make operation and maintenance simpler and more convenient.

X · Features
◼ EHD (extra heavy-duty) design with the integrally-forged & non-threaded main shaft to increase anti-
fatigue strength.

◼ Beam assembly has an integral casting. The arm support is equipped with an automatically- lubricating
system.

◼ The crusher has a variety of adjustable eccentric distances to meet different production requirements.

◼ Gear clearance can be adjusted from outside.

◼ The lubricating system is equipped with a back-up pump and ensure the crusher to run properly. The
main lubricating system, pinion-gear lubricating system and hydraulic system have separate channels
and an integrated hydraulic tank.

◼ After a disorderly closedown the main shaft will automatically

J Series Jaw Crushers

J Series Jaw Crushers

Mesda J series jaw crushers are mainly applied to coarse crushing in the industries of mining and
aggregate. With the processing capacity ranging from 60 to 1,500t/h, they can meet the requirements of
most applications

J · Features
◼ Welding-free frame structure ensures the long service life. Detachable frame is convenient for
transportation and the down-hole operation.
◼ The crushers come with high-quality cast steel moving jaw, cast iron flywheel, forged heavy-duty eccentric
shaft and international famous brand bearing.
◼ With the integrated motor base, the equipment is more compact and occupies less space. The installation
is also easier.
◼ No foundation bolts are required for the installation. Therefore, the installation is easy and cost-saving.
◼ The crushers are equipped with the double-block hydraulical adjustment system, of which there are two
options: the mechanical wedge type or the hydraulic wedge type. No need to add gaskets manually.
◼ The liners can be re-used by changing the directions after one side gets worn off, which increases the
service life.

CC Series Single-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers

CC Series Single-cylinder
With the design of heavy-duty conditions, Mesda CC series hydraulic cone crushers can work for mines with
various scales and for aggregate industry for the intermediate and fine crushing. With

the constant crushing cavity design, feeding and productivity can be kept constant during the lining

Hydraulic Cone Crushers board wearing cycle, which reducies the running costs significantly. With tens of optional crushing cavity
shapes for crushers and 3-4 eccentric distances adjustable for every eccentric bushing, the CC series crushers
can work for many applications.

CC · Features
◼ EHD (extra-heavy-duty) design. Gear clearance can be adjusted from outside.
◼ The main shaft has two supporting points and can perform well in the tough conditions.
◼ Easily adjust to the overloading condition and the passing task of iron and are highly efficient.
◼ The eccentric distance of the eccentric bushing is adjustable, making the machine
more adaptive to different working conditions.
◼ The gear wheel has skewed teeth in a spiral, raising transmission efficiency.
◼ With small dynamic cone angle, the crushers can cause the inter-particle breakage and increase the

MG Series Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher

MG Series Single-cylinder
Mesda MG Series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are mainly applied in the fine materials crushing
of a wide range of aggregates & minerals. The postfix of models with a “S” refers to it can be used in the
secondary crushing process due to the bigger feeding size & processing capacity. If model ends with no

“S”, it means the crusher can be used in the fine crushing process. Advantages of Mesda MG series
crushers are much lower cost, compact structure, easy to operate, wide application range, equipped with

MG · Features
◼ The feeding material has viscosity or the humidity of feeding material is greater than or equal to 3%.

◼ The amount of feeding material surpasses the crusher’s processing capacity by 10%.

◼ A segregation occurs in the feeding material or mal distribution inside of the crushing cavity .

◼ The feeding material is too tough or durable.

◼ Prescreening or the closed-circuit screening capacity is not enough or there is a low level of screening
efficiency.

◼ The crusher’s under load or the crusher’s set up is below the performance number.

C Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crushers

Mesda C series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are designed for heavy-duty working conditions and

C Series Multi-cylinder mainly used in mines and aggregates for middle level crushing. The crushers have the strong mainframes,
the eccentric bushings with big distances, the high-speed main shafts, and the intelligent automatic control
systems. Therefore, they have big crushing force and excellent crushing performance.

Hydraulic Cone Crushers

C · Features
◼ Mesda C series cone crushers are equipped with the releasing hydraulic cylinders for passing the
unbroken iron fast through the crushing cavity. Such design can shorten the down-time and
significantly reduce the damage to the crushers.
◼ The advanced fixation techniques ensure liners’reliability. The fixed cone liner is self-locked by using
the wedge to gear the spiral slope of its top part. The dynamic cone liner is fixed by the self-locked
bolts.
◼ Hydraulic motor drives the dynamic cone to adjust the discharging opening precisely. It also can drive
the dynamic cone completely out of the adjusting spiral to get the liners changed easily.
◼ The crushing cavity can be changed freely between the standard extra-coarse types and the short-head
extra-fine types by only changing the dynamic cone liners, the fixed cone liners, the adapting rings, and
the fixed bolts of wedge.
◼ All components of the crushers are wear-protected, which can significantly reduce the maintenance
cost

I Series Impact Crushers

I Series Impact Crushers Mesda I series impact crushers are widely used in the processing of primary crushing and secondary
crushing operations. Compared to other types of crushers, the crushing ratio is big (up to 10 or more),
especially for the materials of medium and below hardness. For some materials, a few crushing stages
can achieve a very high crushing ratio. For example, the primary crushing only is enough for getting the
final product. The designs of heavy-duty rotor and unique crushing cavity ensure not only the operation
stability but also the good-shaped final products.

I · Features
◼ The primary crushing rotor is enlarged and can be used for both the primary and secondary crushing. As
a option, it can also be equiped with the same flat hammers of the secondary crushing rotors.

◼ Has a unique locking device for the flat hammers. The flat hammers are fixed on the rotor by a group of
wedges and make the big tightening torque.

◼ The fine mechanical processing applied to the connecting surface between the hammers and the rotor,
eliminating clearance between them and ensuring a tight fixation.

◼ The hydraulic system can control both the opening of main frame and the adjustment of the discharge
gate.

◼ Modular design for wear parts decreases the types of wear parts. Wear parts can be changed separately
based on their wearing conditions. The inventory can be reduced significantly.

Mesda VSI series impact crushers are using the “rock-on-rock” principle and optimizing the product quality
by multiple-stage crushings. After entering the crusher, the materials are hit and sent to the crushing cavity

VSI · Features
◼ Compared to other brands of vertical shaft type crushers, Mesda VSI impact crushers are lower in height
and can be used for mines with restricted space.
◼ The VSI series crushers operate with very low vibration and can be mounted directly on the steel
foundation. Therefore, the crusher foundation is simple and cost-saving. And it is easy and time-saving to
install and maintain the crushers.
◼ The deep bar rotor technology prolongs the service life and ensure the high crusher uptime.
◼ Easy for repairing and maintenance. Can simply use the lifting device and rotor spinning devise to quickly
replace the rotor. The automatically- lubricating system can lubricate and cool down the main shaft bearing
parts easily.
◼ Variety of models are available for the tertiary and quaternary applications.
