Supplementary) degree examinations scheduled to be held from 15-02-2018 to
19.03.2018 for all Law Colleges in SVU Area – Approval of Time Table Fee

With reference to the letter under reference first cited, I am, by direction, to inform you that the
I,III and V Semesters of 3 Years LL.B and I, III, V, VII and IX Semesters of 5 Years LLB and 5
Years of BBA LL.B, B.Com LLB 3Years of LL.B Honors and 5 Years LL.B Honors (Regular
and Supplementary) degree examinations scheduled to be held from 15-02-2018 to 19.03.2018
for all affiliated and CBCS Law Colleges in SVU Area between 09.00 A.M to 12.00 Noon and 2-
00 PM to 5-00 PM.
The University has decided to push the question papers On-Line for this
examination. The question papers will be encrypted to you ½ hour before the
commencement of the examination.
Therefore, you are requested to decrypt the question papers and print the required
number of question papers well in time. The remuneration will be paid as per the
University norms.
The University has introduced the On-Line Application System with photo and signature
of the candidates for registration of LLB Examination applications. The concerned colleges
have to submit the details of the candidate through the following website and submit a copy of
application to the University along with the details of examinations fee paid through the DZ Pay
Systems.

SORTS OF PAYMENTS OF EXAMINATION FEE FROM THE DECEMBER 2017
EXAMINATIONS ONWARDS.
THE PRINCIPALS OF THE COLLEGES ARE REQUESTED TO

COMPLETE THE FILLING OF THE EXAMINATION APPLICATIONS THROUGH
THE ABOVE WEBSITE ON OR BEFORE 08-02-2018. ONLINE REGISTRATION OF
EXAMINATION APPLICATIONS WILL BE CLOSED BY 08-02-2018. NO
EXAMINATION APPLICATION WILL BE REGISTERED AFTER THE LAST DATE
IS OVER FOR WHATSOEVER REASON IT MAY BE NO APPLICATION WILL BE
ENTERTAINED IN THE CE’S OFFICE, DIRECTLY.
The Principals of the University and the Affiliated Colleges are requested to
guide the students in filling the Online Examination Applications and payment of fee.
Therefore, the Principals of the University Colleges and the AFCs, are requested to
inform and guide their students to make necessary Payments through DZ Pay System
only.
The Examination applications received in the Office of the Controller of

Examinations without sufficient information/ fees/ not having the signature of the Principal will,
summarily, be rejected.
Examination Applications will not be entertained after 08-02-2018 under any circumstances.
I am, therefore, to request you to bring the above information to the notice of the
students and the Staff concerned.
Further, the Principals of the colleges are requested to send a copy of the filled in
Examination application (Regular/Supply) & (CBCS) duly signed by the principals of the
concerned college(s) along with the following documents of the Undersigned, without fail.
1. Attendance Particulars
2. Number of students admitted together with a copy of the Return of Matriculates
3. The latest affiliation order copy (in respect of AFCs only)
4. Examination fee details.
The University has decided to conduct the LLB Examinations CBCS & AFC
(Regular/Supple.) and Non-CBCS (Regular/Supplly) Examinations in the following Examination
Centers with jumbling system. The Principals of the colleges who were allotted through
Jumbling system the examination centers detailed below are requested to make necessary
arrangements without fail.

Strength wise and make Priority list as per Q.P Code strength wise; so as to conduct the said
examination through ONLINE as per schedule on smooth line.
