    1. Number of users

    2ou "ay %ro+i!e the font to a gra%hi# !esigner, we !esigner, software !esigner, %rinter or other ser+i#e ureau that is
    wor3ing on your ehalf only if they agree to use the font e0#lusi+ely for your wor3, agree to the ter"s of this li#ense,
    an! retain no #o%ies of the font on #o"%letion of the wor3. 2ou "ay not %ro+i!e the font or "a3e it a##essile to any
    other thir! %arties.
    3. Embedding
    2ou "ay e"e! the li#ense! fonts into any !o#u"ent you sen! to thir! %arties. 2ou "ay e"e! the li#ense! fonts for
    use on a we site using the for"at of your #hoi#e. 2ou "ay e"e! the li#ense! fonts in software or install the" on a
    ser+er %ro+i!e! that the en! user #annot use the fonts to #reate so"ething. 2ou #an e"e! the fonts in any e/oo3

    fori!!en. 2ou "ay e hel! legally res%onsile for any infringe"ent of Ty%o!er"i#)s intelle#tual %ro%erty rights that is

    Ty%o!er"i# "ay, fro" ti"e to ti"e, u%!ate the li#ense! fonts. 5%gra!e %ri#ing "ay a%%ly.
    '. (isc)aimer and Limited *arranty
    Ty%o!er"i# warrants the li#ense! fonts to e free fro" !efe#ts in "aterials an! wor3"anshi% un!er nor"al use for a
    %erio! of twenty one '87( !ays fro" the !ate of !eli+ery as shown on your re#ei%t. Ty%o!er"i#)s entire liaility an!
    your e0#lusi+e re"e!y as to !efe#ti+e li#ense! fonts shall e, at Ty%o!er"i#)s o%tion, either return of %ur#hase %ri#e or
    re%la#e"ent of any su#h %ro!u#t that is returne! to Ty%o!er"i# with a #o%y of the in+oi#e or sen! a new +ersion of the
    li#ense! fonts. Ty%o!er"i# shall ha+e no res%onsiility to re%la#e the li#ense! fonts or refun! the %ur#hase %ri#e if
    failure results fro" a##i!ent, ause or "isa%%li#ation, or if any li#ense! fonts are lost or !a"age! !ue to theft, fire, or
    negligen#e. Any re%la#e"ent %ro!u#t will e warrante! for twenty one '87( !ays. This warranty gi+es you s%e#ifi# legal
    rights. 2ou "ay ha+e other rights, whi#h +ary fro" state to state.
