Ulster University's Graduate Boost Programme: Call for Employers 📢 Deadline Reminder 12pm, Friday 22 November ❗ Graduate Boost offers a unique opportunity for employers in Northern Ireland to support unemployed or underemployed graduates with disabilities. Research shows that graduates with disabilities face significant challenges in securing graduate-level employment, and this initiative aims to bridge that gap. 🚀 We are seeking employers to be part of the Graduate Boost Programme by offering a 15 week internship at your company starting in January 2025. Benefits for your business: ✨ Part-funded by the Department for the Economy NI. Interns receive a £364 weekly bursary managed by Ulster University. Employers contribute £2,000. ✨ Implement your company's equality, diversity and inclusion values, and build a diverse workforce. ✨ Inclusive recruitment support. Staff will assist you with inclusive hiring practices and can provide talent retention advice. ✨ Comprehensive support throughout the programme. Staff are on hand to offer mentoring and dedicated guidance for both employers and interns. ✨ Transform the lives and futures of talented graduates who face additional barriers to employment due to a disability. ❗Places are in demand. Apply by: 12pm on Friday 22 November 🔗 Further information and application form: https://lnkd.in/et3WWtAH #WeAreUU | #GraduateTalent | #DiversityMatters | #UUConnects Ulster University Student & Graduate Talent Tania Carlisle
