As a marketer, it's crucial to work with a brand that truly understands the market's needs and perspectives. While generating sales and maintaining steady growth for any brand is achievable. Success hinges on having a founder and team with a stable mindset. They should be open to listening, discussing, and considering the advice given to them. Disagreements are natural, but at some point, there must be a recognition that; "just because you think your product is good enough doesn't mean it will work." In today's market, the product itself is rarely the issue. Anyone can bring a product to market. The real differentiators that drive sales are: → The perceived value of the product → Strong branding → Effective marketing channels → Understanding and targeting the right audience → Strategic product positioning Simply having a Shopify store doesn’t make someone a founder. This harsh truth often takes years for many founders to realize. For example, some of the brands we manage are generating over ₹1 crore in sales daily during Black Friday Sales. While others struggle to cross ₹1 lakh! What makes the difference?   The approach! It’s about how you view your product, market it, and constantly innovate. Brands like Zara dominate the fast-fashion industry not because of legacy products; but because of their ability to adapt quickly and consistently.
