For example, brands like Olive Garden and TGI Fridays have used RevPASH to fine-tune their operations, leading to increased efficiency and profitability. So what is RevPASH? The concept of RevPASH was actually inspired by a similar metric used in the airline industry called Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM). Was first formally introduced in the hospitality literature by Cornell University’s Quarterly Journal. How it is calculated? The RevPASH is calculated by dividing the total revenue generated by the number of available seat per hours. Why it can be used for?
