    Ironstone Farm is a health, wellness and fitness company, and home to two nonprofits, located at 450 Lowell St., Andover, Massachusetts, United States. We use the dynamic power of horseback riding and the environment of a farm to combine several therapies into one highly effective experience. Top doctors and medical institutions refer clients to Ironstone because of its success.
    Children with special needs learn to walk. People who did not speak before – including those on the autism spectrum – begin speaking. Additional therapeutic programs improve the lives of others, including veterans returning with post-traumatic stress, survivors of cancer, teens at risk and elders with memory issues. A new Arts & Education Center opened in 2015.
    Coming to the 18-acre horse farm, rather than an impersonal clinic, makes therapy a “want to” event rather than a “have to” session.

    As a Change Champion, I assisted in instituting change, advocated for and promoted the change from within, and was instrumental in implementation of the change. The Change Champions believed in the change, and were driven by the vision, and is energized by the passion for change. We are key communicators of the change and work to deescalate conflict when necessary. We would problem solve to remove barriers of change while at the same time create support for the change. We promoted new ideas for change, supporting the vision and motivating others to share in this experience. As Change Champions, we were the driving force of organizational change, leading teams through the change, towards innovation.
    Our biggest mission was to educate about Player-Learner/Victim. We also worked to bring better communication between all departments with employee collaboration.
