I was SO shocked!!!😳😳😳 He said I don’t look what I want to represent I was so disappointed I was at a store picking up a few things for my mission trip to Haiti I entered an aisle and this guy said: are you a pro bodybuilder? I said what? He repeated; are you a bodybuilder? I said no I work out; but I’m not a bodybuilder. He emphasized a pro bodybuilder 😭 I laughed so hard and I asked him do I look like a bodybuilder? In my mind I was confused at first and wondered; is that what I look like? Clearly, my goals are to look lean and healthy Oftentimes I see people underrepresent who they are and what they believe As a real estate 🏡 investor do you represent who you want or claim to be? As a real estate investor you need to understand fundamentals and principles of real estate As a capital raiser you need to be able to convince LPs how the deal works You should be able to break it down in basic terms You must be able to answer basic questions including CoC, IRR, ARR How much CAPEX is needed and why? Did you follow a conservative approach during the analysis? Why your raise is higher than your loan? Whether it’s an assumable loan or not? Tuesday Motivation with Stella Gonye Responsibility A parable is recounted of a man who went on a journey and entrusted his riches to his three servants. The first servant was given five talents, the second received two talents, and the third was given one talent, each according to their abilities. Upon his return, the first servant had doubled his talents to ten, the second had increased his to four, but the third servant had only the one talent he was originally given. (Matthew 25:14-25, Paraphrased) I am particularly drawn to this narrative as it resonates with all individuals who have been granted the precious gift of life. Each one of us possesses unique gifts and abilities that we should harness during our time on this planet. We are entrusted with the stewardship of God's creation, and it is incumbent upon us to safeguard and nurture all that has been bestowed upon us. Our obligation is to be fruitful and to multiply. When we talk about talents, some may believe they lack talent because they are not exceptional singers, athletes, or leaders. However, the gifts bestowed upon us by God are diverse and encompass a wide array of life's aspects. First and foremost, you are accountable for your own life and it is essential to ensure that you live in a manner that is pleasing to your creator. Taking responsibility for your life involves properly caring for yourself as the scriptures indicate that our bodies are considered temples of God. Additionally, we have a responsibility towards our family, friends, and community. It is also imperative that we exercise authority over the environment in which we reside. Concerns such as climate change would not pose a threat if we all took ownership of our world. The prevalence of orphans and homelessness could be greatly reduced if we all looked out for one another. Another critical aspect of responsibility that I wish to highlight is the necessity of accountability and profitability. As illustrated in the parable mentioned earlier, the individual entrusted with five talents wisely invested them and yielded a return of 10 talents. What gifts and abilities has God bestowed upon you? While some may possess remarkable entrepreneurial skills, others may be harboring innovative business ideas that could potentially provide employment opportunities for individuals who are currently jobless and relying on you. Your inaction in utilizing your talents not only hinders your own potential but also jeopardizes the livelihood of families who are dependent on your initiative. I encourage you to take the first step, as God will undoubtedly provide the necessary means for you to fulfill the purpose He has placed in your heart. Search within yourself, discover your unique gift, take ownership of it, and then multiply its impact. By doing so, you will hear the words, "well done, good and faithful servant." Do not bury your talent! See you next week...

What is life’s purpose? As I’m boarding the plane to go to Haiti I am nothing but grateful to be involved in such activities In 2016, as I were sitting in my office at my job. I felt an urge to go to Haiti to give the gospel and I did and Rimbeau Ministries was born Little that I know eight years later we are here even with all the struggles and obstacles encountered throughout I am not a very religious person meaning I don’t believe in dominations but I believe in the message of Jesus Christ I believe in a Christianity that shows love rather than dictate it, That defends those that are vulnerable That gives a hand to those that need strength to stand on their two feet That empowers by showing a way of life rather than giving everyday to control That helps individuals to live a life of power by sustaining their own needs I also believe in praying God for my brothers and sisters’ needs But I also believe I can do my part by helping with the little needs that I can help I believe that’s why Christianity is about Do you ever wake up and ask yourself why am I in this world? A better question would be if money was not an option; what would you do in life? Friends, the essence of our journey is defined not by the circumstances we face, but by our responses to them. Even when our pockets feel barren, our minds remain rich with thoughts, insights, and ideas—treasures that no amount of money can buy. Like everyone else, we experience pain; it is a universal truth. Yet, we choose to transform that pain into moments of play. In the solitude of our closets, tears may fall, but in public, we wear our joy like a shield. We have resolved not to let our struggles eclipse our happiness. Our joy is rooted not in the happenings around us, but in the decisions we make every single day. When the temptation to give up looms large, we draw strength from the knowledge that God is always present—above us and within us—providing the fortitude we need to persevere. Our lives are like accounts filled with divine deposits meant for others to withdraw from. We are acutely aware of this, which is why we strive to be accessible, reaching out to every soul we encounter. When others see us, they don’t just see individuals; they see answers to their prayers, solutions to their problems, healing for their wounds, and a glimmer of hope in their darkest hours. We refuse to mislead those around us, pretending that our successes and resources are solely for our benefit. Instead, we embrace the mission of uplifting humanity. When we conquer mountains, we lift others with us. When we reach new heights, we extend our hands, offering our expertise as a lifeline for those still climbing. In this journey, there’s no room for competition. Our focus is on competence, complementing one another rather than competing. We recognize that our existence is a privilege, one that could have easily been bestowed upon someone else. Our greatest honor lies in helping others realize their potential. There are three types of people in your life: Leaves: These are the people that are only around from time to time when the weather is good. They blow around as the winds change. They provide shade during the summer, but as soon as winter comes, they fall off the tree and disappear. Branches: These are the people who are more present and stable than the leaves, but they aren't permanent. They look strong, but if you try to stand on them or pull yourself up from them, they may break under your weight. Roots: These are the people who are permanent. They are deep and wide. They are there in the summer and the winter, they are unperturbed by the changing seasons. The leaves and branches may come and go, but the roots are there forever. I love this perspective. There's nothing wrong with having leaves and branches in your life. When times are good, these people can bring joy to your world. But never make the mistake of thinking they will be there during the bad. The most important question: Who are your roots? Who are the people who will be there through good and bad? Have Confidence in Your Own Words and Prayers Spiritual warfare is fundamentally about words. Nothing can happen to you—whether good or bad—without the use of words. The Bible emphasizes this power: “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” - Proverbs 18:21. It's crucial to take time daily to speak over your life, your work, your family, and every aspect of your existence. Declare what you want to see happen. Cancel anything you don’t want to see manifest. Believe in the power of your own words because they are indeed potent. Your tongue can bring death or life. Never let anyone make you feel that their words over your life are more powerful than your own. The strength of your words increases with the faith you place in them, growing more powerful over time.

Not Everyone Wants Your Help!! Peep This!! Don’t always try to rescue people from their trials because (1) God will use trials to make His people strong (2) Some people can only learn from trials, that’s why they reject your help… (3) Some people are reaping what they’ve sown and you definitely don’t want to get in that issue! You can’t help people who don’t want your help; You can’t help people who don’t know they need help; You can’t help people that don’t know how to receive help that’s why they that need help will tell you how to help them when the fact is if they knew how to help themselves they wouldn’t need your help… Before you offer help, seek the wisdom of God, pray earnestly and don’t be moved by your emotions concerning that person; many times God will say “don’t help” because you wanting to help them interferes with how God’s plan of help is better, and sometimes that plan is through trials and tribulations; all people have up and down seasons, all people. Absolute Truth in a Relativistic World Absolute truth is real. In fact, Christianity rests on a foundation of absolute truth, and that foundation is as sturdy as a rock. (1 Kings 17:24; 1 Jn 3:19.) This is an important issue because moral relativism leaves no way to distinguish between truth and error, right and wrong. Relativism is the belief that there's no absolute truth. At first glance, relativism seems tolerant and inclusive. But upon scrutiny, it collapses. First, it is self-contradictory. The statement “There is no absolute truth” is itself an absolute claim. If it’s true, it refutes itself. It denies universal truth but relies on it to argue its position. Upon presenting the gospel, someone (usually , people of different religions, or skeptics) may say, "Christianity may be true for you but not for me". This is a statement of relativism and it's flawed because comparatively, the fundamental teachings of all religions are opposite to each other. Absolute truth is universal, unchanging, and independent of human opinion. Truth must have a logical consistency, empirical adequacy, and experiential relevance. Consider Jesus’ bold declaration: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). Truth is not a concept but a person—Jesus Christ. He embodies the ultimate standard by which all things are measured. Relativism, on the other hand, erodes moral clarity. If everyone defines their own truth, how can we condemn injustice, oppression, or evil? Without absolutes, morality becomes a matter of personal opinion. Yet, as Isaiah warned, “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil” (Isaiah 5:20). So, the next time someone tells you that what's true for you is not true for them, ask them what they mean by "true". Because, two opposite ideas cannot be true at the same time (Law of non-contradiction). Christ is the only way and that's the truth for all. Wisdom Wednesday: The Many Faces of Wisdom Wisdom is often seen as a singular concept, but in reality, it has many facets. Each aspect enriches our understanding and guides our decisions in both our personal and communal lives. Let’s explore the many faces of wisdom through scripture. 1. The Wisdom of God First and foremost, true wisdom originates from God. James 1:5 (NIV) reminds us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." This highlights the source of wisdom as divine, encouraging us to seek God's guidance in all matters. 2. Practical Wisdom Practical wisdom, or discernment, is essential for navigating everyday life. Proverbs 2:6 (NIV) states, "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding." This wisdom helps us make sound decisions in our daily interactions, balancing our ambitions with compassion and understanding. 3. Wisdom in Relationships Wisdom is also vital in how we build and maintain our relationships. Proverbs 19:20 (NIV) advises, "Listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the future." Being open to guidance from others fosters healthy connections and enriches our relational experiences. 4. The Humble Wisdom True wisdom comes with humility. Proverbs 11:2 (NIV) states, "When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom." This reminds us that wisdom often requires us to set aside our egos and embrace a humble spirit. 5. The Wisdom of Experience Experience can offer profound insights. Ecclesiastes 1:18 (NIV) says, "For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief." This reflects the reality that wisdom gained through experience also comes with the burden of understanding life’s complexities. 6. Eternal Wisdom Lastly, wisdom invites us to think beyond the present. Proverbs 4:7 (NIV) emphasizes, "The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding." This eternal perspective encourages us to pursue wisdom as a lifelong journey rather than a destination. As we reflect on the many faces of wisdom, let us strive to seek it earnestly in our lives.
