💔 Asking candidates about their salary history is like asking someone about their ex on a first date. It's uncomfortable, awkward, and ultimately doesn't tell you much about the person in front of you. A second date is unlikely. In case no one has told you, if you meet 100% of the requirements of a job description, you are overqualified. Do not apply. You only need to meet about 60% of the qualifications in order to apply because someone who meets 100% of the requirements is a unicorn. A job description is simply a wish list for the employer. If you get a job where you meet 100% of the qualifications, chances are, you'll get bored and feel unchallenged very quickly. So aim for 60%, not 100%.

Entry level jobs should not require any experience. None at all. There are too many roles that have unrealistic expectations for individuals to have 2-5 years of experience. Please be realistic before putting this in the job description. #diversifyrecuritmentgroup #entrylevelroles
